The method involves including an execution of a local explosion, where the local explosion takes place by the explosion of vacuum garnet over the earth`s surface in the center of a burning zone. The vacuum garnet is delivered into the burning zone by using a flight apparatus such as aircraft, helicopter and rocket. The fire is not extinguished over a zone of vacuum in the fire surface.
