The invention relates to a device for recharging the batteries of mobile telephones and similar. The invention is characterised in that the means for connecting to the socket of different mobile telephones and similar devices take the form of a plurality of connectors/adapters which are suitable for each type of device to be connected and which are interconnected between the device and the plug. The invention also comprises an electronic circuit which can optionally be integrated into the board of the power source of the electrical appliance in question and which is connected in parallel at the input terminals thereof to the output of the secondary of the transformer of the power source of any type of electrical appliance, which can deliver between eight and eighteen volts and one ampere of current. The aforementioned circuit comprises a regulator which stabilises the output voltage and current at a pre-established intermediate value which enables different types of batteries to be recharged. The output of the circuit is associated with a plug by means of the corresponding conductions thereof and said plug is accessed externally through a suitably-dimensioned hole provided in the casing of the electrical appliance, said plug being equipped with means for connecting same to the socket of different types of mobile telephones and similar devices.
