PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action history collection/management system for accurately and easily collecting and managing the action histories of all analysis targets without imposing any burden on analysis targets or client enterprise.

SOLUTION: In this action history management system 10 in which an action history management server 15 collects and manages history information to be used for the productivity analysis of the analysis target 11 from one or more task relevant equipment 17 to 21, the action history management server 15 is provided with a receiving means 46 for receiving the history information from the task relevant equipment 17 to 21 for generating the history information based on use by the analysis target 11, a storing means 48a for storing the history information and a history information editing means 47a for editing and outputting the history information by analysis target units based on use time information included in the history information.
