PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting method and a connecting device of an electrode applicable to many kinds of connection materials whose wavelength distributions are wide. SOLUTION: In the method of connecting the electrodes, a substrate connected in a furnace is pressurized between rolls for traveling on a conveyer, and at least two kinds of light sources having different wavelength characteristics of energy beams in travel are used simultaneously for irradiation in a method for obtaining the connection of both the electrodes by press or a heating and pressurizing means by interposing a connection member containing a photo-curing component between the electrodes provided on a circuit board opposingly. The device for connecting the electrode comprises a roll conveyer that can be pressurized and rotated, an energy-beam irradiation section capable of applying beams to a pressurizing section, and a furnace for storing the roll conveyer and the energy-beam irradiation section.
