PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an opening state so that a lid does not return to the original closing direction by the resilience of paper or the like after a paper box is opened. SOLUTION: The paper box with a lock hinge is equipped with a lid for unsealing composed of cut-off lines 6, 6 formed close to both side surface plates 2, 2 opposed to each other on an upper surface plate 5, cut-off lines 7, 7 formed continuously to the cut-off lines 6, 6 on the outside front surface plate 1a of double front surface plate 1, cut lines 9, 9 for forming the hinge continuously over the upper surface plate 5 and the back surface plate 3 opposed to each other on the back surface plate 3 side of the upper surface plate 5, fold lines 10, 10 formed parallel to the back surface plate 3 continuously to the cut-off lines 6, 6 to the outside opposing to the cut lines 9, 9 of the upper surface plate 5, and fold lines 11 connecting the end of the cut lines 9, 9 formed parallel to the fold lines 10, 10 on the back surface plate 3. The paper box with the lock hinge has a lock hinge function by inserting or returning an edge line 12 formed of the surface plates of the upper surface plate 5 and the back surface plate 3 oppositely inside the opposing cut lines 9, 9.
