A prefabricated internal wall of a building is provided to form an internal wall without going through a curing process of concrete by making an internal wall in the prefabricated type, to emit far infrared rays which are beneficial to health by having loess blocks within and to have high maintainability by replacing the damaged part only. The prefabricated internal wall of a building is completed by locating a central lattice skeleton(10) composed of many rectangular lattices in the center, fixing loess blocks(20) on every lattice of the central lattice skeleton, fixing horizontal frames(30) and vertical frames(40) on the upper part by buried nuts(50), the lower part and both side parts of the central lattice skeleton, and fixing finishing members(60) on the front and the rear by fixing pins(70). The central lattice skeleton is formed by crossing many horizontal bars(11) and vertical bars(12) in a lattice, and a cylindrical projection(13) is formed at the intersection of the horizontal bar and the vertical bar; the loess block is formed in a box(21) provided with arch grooves(22) to fit with four cylindrical projections and filled with charcoal; the horizontal frame is fixed to a ceiling slab and a floor slab and provided with finishing member supporting projections(31) to support the finishing members and a block fitting groove(32) to insert the end of the loess block, and the vertical frame is fixed to an vertical wall and provided with finishing member supporting projections(41) to support the finishing members and a block fitting groove(42) to insert the end of the loess block; and the finishing member is provided with four pin holes(62) to fix the fixing pin to a pressure ring fixed to the front of the cylindrical projection.
