PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive ceramic multilayer substrate with metallized films that are high in positional accuracy and are partly formed on the entire wall surface of a concave of a ceramic multilayer substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The wall surface of a first through-hole 14 on at least one layer of a concave 13 that is formed in two or more layers on one main-surface side of a laminated body having three or more layers is formed on the same surface as the wall surface of a second through-hole 15 of the other layer or is projected therefrom, and a plurality of divided metallized films 16 are provided on the wall surface of the first through-hole 14. In the ceramic multilayer substrate 10 having the metallized films 16, a notch 17 is provided on the wall surface of the first through-hole 14 to divide the meatllized film 16 into plural sections, and the respective metallized films 16 are under electrical disconnection state.
