PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing type switch capable of effectively preventing generation of contact noise between a keytop and a case in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The pressing type switch equipped with a case 10, a keytop 20 and a switch 40 is provided with: a keytop mounting part 31; an elastic part 32 protruded from an outer periphery of the keytop mounting part 31; and a flexible board 70 having a base part 33 to be mounted on a tip of the elastic part 32. By mounting the keytop 20 on the keytop mounting part 31 of the flexible board 70, and mounting the base part 33 on a mounting member 50 at an underside of the keytop 20 by folding a part of the elastic part 32, the elastic part 32 is bent in a state pushing the keytop 20 upward by its elastic force, and the keytop 20 is made in elastic contact with the underside 11a of the case 11, so that generation of contact noise by contact of the keytop 20 and the case 10 is prevented.
