摘要 <p>The invention relates to medicine, in particular to oncology and is used for diagnosticating human tumoral diseases. The inventive diagnosis method consists in preparing films from a patient arterial and venous blood, in processing said films with the aid of a conventional method (fixing, dyeing), in measuring the surface areas of the arterial and venous blood lymphocyte nuclei and in comparing said surface areas with corresponding cell surface areas of different lymphocyte groups, in building regression lines for the arterial and venous blood according to the thus obtained values, in determining the percentage thereof for each lymphocyte group, in building the influence curve thereof in the form of a function of a diameter of corresponding lymphocyte groups, in introducing weight factors whose quantity increases along the lymphocyte diameter decrease, in multiplying said factors by the lymphocyte percentage and in building the dependence of the sum thereof for the arterial and venous blood in the form of the function of difference therebetween. The diagnosis, location of tumoral diseases and degree of extension of an oncological process are jointly determined according to intersection and relative positions of the regression lines and according to characteristic pictures and areas of the obtainable curves.</p>
