<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID reader management system and program capable of determining a delivery sequence of a polling message at a ratio of every model of an RFID reader previously provided when the model of the RFID reader is recognized by polling. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID reader management system comprises a polling message (13) for determining the model of the RFID reader, a database (12) for storing a list (14) of the RFID reader provided in a system, a retrieval sequence determining section (11), and an RFID reader detector (31) for delivering the polling message to the RFID reader in a sequence determined by the retrieval sequence determining section.
