<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain moisture collection maintenance-free with high reliability by solving a problem in a refrigerator collecting moisture in air for atomization, wherein moisture is collected using a water absorbing material composed of material such as silica gel, zeolite and activated carbon, and when the moisture of the water absorbing material is atomized, reliability is inferior because there is a material life of the water absorbing material. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator comprises a water collecting plate 43 serving as a water collecting means for forming dew of moisture in the air in the refrigerator, a temperature detecting means 50 for detecting the temperature of the water collecting plate 43, and a control means 62 for controlling the temperature of the water collecting plate.
