<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening-closing device capable of regulating the opening-closing of a back door when a load is applied to the back door. <P>SOLUTION: This opening-closing device 5 has a driving mechanism 10 having a driving source and a pressure sensor 20 as a load detecting means detecting the load acting on the back door 3. A control device determines whether or not the back door 3 is rotated on the basis of a detecting signal outputted from the pressure sensor 20 when a switch 31 is set to as to drive the back door 3 in the closing direction by an occupant, and outputs a control signal to the driving mechanism 10 on the basis of the detecting signal of the pressure sensor 20 and operation of the switch 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
