PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively warn a driver of an accident frequent occurrence spot. SOLUTION: Accident frequency occurrence information including self-vehicle location information, a self-vehicle traveling state, other vehicle location information and other vehicle traveling states at an accident frequency occurrence spot are acquired from a VICS receiver 12, and the other vehicle location information and the other vehicle traveling state searched based on the self-vehicle location information acquired from a GPS receiver 11, the self-vehicle traveling state acquired from a vehicle speed sensor 13 and information from at least one of a radar 16 and a camera 17 are acquired. The acquired self-vehicle location information, the self-vehicle traveling state, the other vehicle location information and the other vehicle traveling states at the accident frequent occurrence spot are compared with the actual self-vehicle location information, the self-vehicle traveling state, the other vehicle location information and the other vehicle traveling states, and a warning signal is outputted to a driver.
