<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for amplifying and detecting a target nucleic acid, improved so as to shorten a required time for analyzing the target nucleic acid including a time for preparing reagents. <P>SOLUTION: This kit for amplifying and detecting the target nucleic acid comprises a reagent of a solid state and a reagent of a liquid state, wherein the reagent of the solid state is formed so that a part or all of a reagent component necessary for amplifying the target nucleic acid including an oligonucleotide primer comprising an analytical item-specific component is preliminarily made to be the solid state and the reagent of the liquid state comprises a constituent formed into a reagent constitution by which the amplification of the target nucleic acid is started by dissolving the reagent of the solid state therein. Therefore, the time necessary for preparing the reagents for amplifying the target nucleic acid by an experimenter is shortened and further a required time for obtaining a result of the analysis is shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
