A manufacturing method of a precious metal plate with rough surface is provided to display more various textures when manufacturing a precious metal plate for accessories by forming a gloss type smooth surface on one side face of a precious metal plate formed by rolling processing and forming a matt type rough surface on the other side face of the precious metal plate. A manufacturing method of a precious metal plate with rough surface comprises: a molding process(S100) of molding a precious metal plate; a first rolling process(S200) of rolling the molded precious metal plate by rollers such that thickness of a rolled precious metal plate is twice as thick as that of a final target thickness value; a heat treatment process(S300) of bending the rolled precious metal plate such that both ends of the precious metal plate face each other by annealing an end of the precious metal plate to be bent using a torch lamp; a rolling oil adding process(S400) of folding the precious metal plate such that upper and lower plates of the precious metal plate centering around the bent end are closely adhered to each other, and coating a water-soluble rolling oil between the folded precious metal plates, wherein a length ratio of the upper and lower plates from the bent end is 3:4, and a thickness sum of the upper and lower plates are quadruple as thick as the thickness of the final target thickness value; and a second rolling process(S500) of rolling the folded precious metal plate such that a texture is formed between the facing upper and lower plates of the precious metal plate by scraping, scratching or sanding.
