A window frame structure for a building is provided to easily disassemble the crime prevention window and make an escape from the inside easier when a fire breaks out by folding the window to the second vertical frame according to the screwing and disjointing of the coupling bolt. A window frame structure for a building is composed of a straight frame(150) projected to the outside from left and right frames(130,140) of a window frame(100); a first vertical frame(160) projected with a projection device(164) to have an end protrusion at a first body(162) and formed with coupling holes(165) at the upper, center, and lower sides; a second vertical frame(170) projected with a projection plate part(174) at a second body(172) and formed with coupling holes(175) at the upper, center, and lower sides; and a crime prevention window(190) formed with coupling holes(193) at the upper, center, and lower sides of a square member(192), inserted with lifting rods(194) with multi steps, and welded with plural vertical rods(196).
