<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-quality rapidly finished fermented feed having excellent digestibility and high palatability from alkali-treated agricultural waste and to provide the application of the feed. <P>SOLUTION: The high-quality rapidly finished fermented feed is obtained by including a vegetable thick feed material in alkali-treated agricultural waste, lowering the pH of the product to <10 and lactic-fermenting the product through inoculation of lactic acid bacterium.
