METHOD AND EQUIPMENT TRANSFER ETHERNET USING SIGNAL VOICE GRADE

An Ethernet transfer apparatus and method using a voice-grade signal line are provided to simultaneously transmit a 100Mbps(Megabits per second) Ethernet signal and a voice signal by using a voice-grade line without additionally installing an LAN(Local Area Network) line, thereby providing transmission without interference between signals and economical efficiency, and convenience. An Ethernet transfer apparatus using a voice-grade signal line comprises the followings: an MDF(Main Distribution Frame)(1) in which a main terminal box connected to telephones of a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) and an L3 switch connected to the Internet are installed; a communication room(2) of each building, which has a building terminal box connected to the main terminal box and an L2 switch connected to the L3 switch; and a transmitting unit(10) which is connected between the building terminal box and the L2 switch and changes an inputted signal into a signal having a proper signal form, and transmits the changed signal to a hybrid circuit.
