The holder comprises a flat and relatively long guide for securing in a vertical position to a wall or other stationary object, a first holder section with a guide part designed to be guided along the guide length direction and a holder part protruding at right angles from the guide part and at right angles to the guide length direction. The holder part includes a second holder section at the bottom end of the guide which extends at right angles to this guide.
