A filter tuning apparatus by using a phase of a reflected wave, a method thereof and a filter tuned thereby are provided to minimize human, material, and time resources for filter tuning by setting the same as a phase of a prototype sample. In a filter tuning apparatus by using a phase of a reflected wave, a controller(310) extracts phase data of the reflected wave by analyzing the phase data of the reflected wave of resonator frequency tuning bolts and coupling amount tuning bolts of a filter(340) to tune. A network analyzer(320) outputs the phase of the reflected wave in a frequency domain of the filter(340) to tune. A tuning unit(330) controls a plurality of tuning bolts of the filter(340) to tune according to control of the controller(310). The controller(310) controls the tuning unit(330) to have the same phase by comparing the phase data of the reflected wave of the resonator frequency tuning bolts, the coupling amount tuning bolts of the filter(340) to tune, and the pre-extracted phase data. |
