A system for automatically receiving a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) alarm is provided to offer an automatic alarm broadcasting function of various types and various contents by adding only a disaster automatic alarm module in an existing DMB receiver. A memory(190) stores phoneme and syllable data and voice data of a sentence unit. A voice synthesizing circuit(200) synthesizes voices. A digital signal processing device(240) controls the memory(190) and the voice synthesizing circuit(200), and outputs an image or a voice to a display(160), or a voice amplifier(220) and a speaker(230) through an image/voice processor(170) and a multiplexer(210). A serial port(250) initializes a control unit(110), and receives various variables.
