An MP3 player is provided to separate an area for reproducing an MP3 file from an area to store the MP3 file, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost of the MP3 player as increasing download speed of the MP3 file. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) memory unit(200) transceives data through a USB terminal(220), and stores the transceived data. A body unit(300) includes a USB port(350) electrically connected with the USB terminal(220), and recognizes the data stored in the USB memory unit(200) through the USB port(350) to reproduce the recognized data. Data recognition speed of the USB memory unit(200) is faster than data recognition speed of the body unit(300).
