ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric parking brake device excellent in silence operation without needing a high degree of waterproofness and dustproofness for an actuator unit.

SOLUTION: The electric parking brake device comprises a parking brake 10 for braking vehicle wheels, and the actuator unit 20 for driving the parking brake 10. The actuator unit 20 is disposed substantially at a center in the width direction of a vehicle while being at least partially disposed within a space formed between the upper face of a floor panel 110 of the vehicle and a spare tire T disposed on the upper side of the floor panel 110.
