WATER-CONTAINING LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION AND PROPERTY STABILIZER USED IN THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property stabilizer such a pH stabilizer and a kinematic viscosity stabilizer which enables reduction of the maintenance of a water-containing lubricating oil over its long-term use and a water-containing lubricating oil composition having excellent property stabilization which contains the same. SOLUTION: The water-containing lubricating oil comprises a urea compound. This urea compound exhibits pH stabilizing and kinematic viscosity stabilizing functions. By further incorporating morpholine or an alkylated morpholine into the water-containing lubricating oil, the pH stabilizing function and the kinetic viscosity stabilizing function are extremely superior.
