PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a pulley capable of reducing the number of components and controlling dimensions of components with a minimum of labor. SOLUTION: A caulking margin portion 14 is formed on a tip of a shaft portion 13 of a bracket 11 to which an inner ring 2 of a bearing 1 with the pulley is externally fitted, and a front end face of the inner ring 2 externally fitted to the shaft portion 13 and pressed to an engagement stepped face 12 at its rear end face, is caulked at the caulking margin portion 14 to fix the bearing 1 with the pulley, thus the number of components can be reduced, and the dimensions of components can be controlled with a minimum of labor.
