PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure and a floor supporter capable of achieving satisfactory performance for shutting off floor shock sound and improving construction efficiency. SOLUTION: When vibration is applied to an upper floor member 14, this vibration is transmitted to a cushion pedestal 26 through a panel receiving member 24, a supporting bolt 22, and an intermediate receiving member 20. Consequently, the cushion pedestal 26 is elastically deformed, and a mass body 28 moves vertically so as to absorb the vibration and damp the vibration from the upper floor member 14. The damped vibration is further damped by cushion rubber 18 and is transmitted to a floor slab 12 to shut off floor shock sound satisfactorily. Since it is unnecessary to arrange a vibration control material or a sound insulation material on the whole floor surface in construction as in a conventional case, good construction property is realized.
