PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin cross-linking agent whose softening point is lower than the cross-linking reaction temperatures of rubbers, and which has good dispersibility in the rubbers and good blocking resistance, and contains an alkylphenol of raw material in a reduced left amount. SOLUTION: This resin cross-linking agent is characterized by containing 1 to 30 wt.% of a plasticizer in an alkylphenol-sulfur chloride cocondensation resin containing the alkylphenol of raw material in an amount of <1.0% and having a softening point of 85 to 115°C.
