PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior-wall panel which enables the firm mounting of an exterior-wall face material while dispensing with screwing from an outdoor-side face part of the exterior-wall face material, and which enables the exterior-wall face material to be demounted from a building in an easily constructible manner as a panel frame is left in the building. SOLUTION: A corrugated sheet 3 is arranged on the backside of the exterior-wall face material 2; the exterior-wall face material is mounted on the part, formed as a mountain 3a in a view from the outdoor side, of the corrugated sheet by using only an adhesive; a heat insulating material 4 for outside insulation is arranged on the indoor side of the corrugated sheet; and a part, formed as a valley 3b in a view from the outdoor side, of the corrugated sheet is mounted on the panel frame 5 by means of a screw 7. The panel frame 5 is composed of a panel frame body 8 and a frame 9 for screwing.
