PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diameter enlarging and drilling device of a core drill having a simple constitution and an easy handling property. SOLUTION: This diameter enlarging and drilling device 1 of the core drill is provided with a shank 1A attached to a driving shaft side of a drill device in one end and, an attachment/detachment device 2 concentrically and detachably attaching the base end of the core drill 4 to the base end of a center drill 3 in the other end; and the center shaft 10 has attachment object parts 10B having the same constitution as an attachment object part 3B, which is formed at the base end of the center drill 3 attachable to/detachable from the attachment part of the attachment/detachment device 2, in both ends. The attachment object part 10B in one end of the center shaft 10 is attached to the attachment part of the detachment/attachment device 2, the attachment object part 10B in the other end of the center shaft 10 is attached with an another attachment/detachment device 102 having the same constitution, and the attachment/detachment device 102 is attached to a positioning core drill 24 having the outer diameter equal to the bore diameter of the existing through-hole.
