A noise break material for absorbing shock is provided to reduce the noise caused between the finishing mortar layer the floor structure and absorb the shock therefrom by placing the first and second noise break materials. A noise break material for absorbing shock comprises upper and lower heat insulators(110,120) formed with a predetermined thickness through the cross-linking foaming process; a first noise break material(130) formed with large diameter shock sound dispersing holes(132) longitudinally bored with a regular interval of the front/rear and left/right sides and arranged on the upper part of the lower heat insulator; and a second noise break material(140) bored with small diameter shock sound dispersing holes(144) at the center between two large diameter shock sound dispersing holes(142) and arranged between the first noise break material and the upper heat insulator.
