<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and rapidly dry a substrate for an electrophotographic photoreceptor when the substrate for the electrophotographic photoreceptor after cleaning is held on a pallet. <P>SOLUTION: The pallet is equipped with a support stand 1, large-diameter struts 4, 5 having cylindrical wall sections 21, 31 erected on the support stand 1, and small-diameter struts 4, 5 erected on the inner side of the large-diameter struts 2, 3 of the support stand 1 for holding the substrate for the electrophotographic photoreceptor formed with an opened hollow section at one end is formed with window holes 23, 33 for communicating the one side and the other side of the wall sections 21, 31 in the wall sections 21, 31 of the large-diameter struts 2, 3 thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
