<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically print a map around a user destination in compliance with a request from a user. <P>SOLUTION: This map output control system, which determines whether a place written in schedule data matches a user location or not based on a value representing the "location" written in the schedule data and a value representing the location of a composite machine (user) for each schedule data representing user schedule, determines that printing of the map for the periphery of the destination is unnecessary when agreement is determined between the places (S480). It is determined whether the map around the destination has ever been printed in the past or not based on the value representing the location and print history data, and when it is determined that printing has been carried out, it is determined that printing of the map around the destination is unnecessary (S510). As to the schedule data and time not determined not to be needed for printing, a print start date is set within business time before a departure date and time to the destination based on a value representing a "date and time" written in the data (S540).
