PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on difference in air-fuel ratio caused by delay in valve opening in the technology to moderate movement of a moving element by a damper resisting means to reduce generation of noise and pulsation in closing valve, in a solenoid valve used in a purge valve. SOLUTION: The moving element 14 is provided with a second communication passage 34 for communicating the inside and outside of a damper chamber 31, and an one-way valve 35 for controlling the flowing direction of the air passing through the second communication passage 34 only in one direction from the inside of the damper chamber 31 to the outside. When the moving element 15 is moved to the valve opening direction, the second communication passage 34 is opened by the one-way valve 35, and the moving element 15 is quickly moved to the valve opening direction, thus the difference in air-fuel ratio caused by delay in valve opening is prevented. Contrarily, when the moving element 15 is moved in the valve closing direction, the one-way valve 35 closes the second communication passage 34, and the moving element 15 is moderately moved in the valve closing direction by the damper resisting means 33, thus the generation of noise and pulsation in closing the valve can be reduced.
