PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided an unprecedented and innovative surface treatment method, lubrication method and treating device of a member to be forged. SOLUTION: This surface treatment method of a member 1 to be cold-forged is characterized in jetting slurry 5, or a mixture between liquid 3 and abrasive grains 4, before lubrication treatment of the member 1 to be forged and blasting the surface 1a of the member 1 to be forged. This surface treatment method of the member to be forged is unprecedented and innovative such as surely and quickly executing the favorable surface treatment to the member to be forged before the lubrication treatment.
