The method for preventing the recurrence of the hyperplastic process in the women with the hyperplasia of endometrium in premenopause provides for the oral use of the hormonal drug after hysteroscopy.Gestagenic drug Dufaston is prescribed at a dose of 10 mg thrice a day from Day 15 till Day 25 Day every month starting from the day of hysteroscopy for 6 months. In addition, the diet is prescribed with the ration enriched with the animal proteins and the limit of the easily assimilated carbohydrates and lipids. The graduated exercises are also used. The multivitamin complex Cardonat is taken at a dose of one tablet daily for three months. Pyonorm is taken at a dose of 2 mg daily for three months.
