PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier circuit excellent in electrostatic resistance while suppressing a voltage drop even if a diffused resistor for electrostatic protection is inserted. SOLUTION: Negative feedback is applied between terminals from an external output terminal 114 to an inversion input terminal 102 of an operational amplifier 101 via the diffused resistor 105 for electrostatic protection of about 50Ωwithout applying the negative feedback from an output terminal 104 of the operational amplifier 101 in the operational amplifier circuit 100. Normally, a negative feedback amount of≥40 dB is applied. Thus, the effect of the diffused resistor 105 for the electrostatic protection of about 50Ωis compressed to≤1/100, and becomes an error of≤0.001 V.
