PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulkhead panel for a vessel with good appearance not generating toxic gas such as dioxin and not containing toxic substances as an plastic material. SOLUTION: This bulkhead panel for a vessel has a U-shaped cross section. A pair of steel plate members having a polyester-base resin or olefin-base resin membrane layer are arranged on an outer surface so that indentations are opposite to each other.
