PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a means for obtaining track maintenance facility data by traveling of an inspection-measuring car to inspect existing track maintenance facility data based on the obtained data. SOLUTION: This device is provided with measuring equipment, such as a camera, on a forefront car, a rearmost car, or the like, of an organized inspection-measuring car, and a speed generator installed in an axle or a main electric motor shaft. Also, this device inspects the track maintenance facility data by storing/processing signals obtained from respective devices by the traveling of the inspection-measuring car, and by comparing the obtained data to the existing track maintenance data.
