<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a returnable assembling type container without peeling, staining, breakage, decrease in function caused by being brought into contact with water, metals or the like of an IC tag by molding the container under a condition that a wireless tag is fixed at a predetermined position in a preform body internally mounted in a hollow part, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The assembling type container 1 is constituted of a bottom wall 2 and four faces of side walls 3 consisting of resin-made panels 7 internally mounted with the preform body 9. The four faces of the side walls 3 are connected with each side of the bottom wall 2 so as to be freely stood and laid down. The four faces of side walls 3 are constituted so that a pair of the side walls are folded on the upper face of the bottom wall 2, and the other pair of the side walls are overlapped thereon and folded. The assembling type container 1 forms a box-shaped container with an open upper face under a condition that the four faces of the side walls 3 are stood. On one of side walls 3, the wireless tag 11 is fixed on the preform body 9.
