PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air sucking device out of a bag capable of easily being used in a simple configuration and efficiently sucking air from the bag with articles stored therein to make the size of the bag smaller. SOLUTION: The air sucking device comprises a bag holder for narrowing and holding an opening of the bag in a state where air can flow between the inside and outside of the bag through the opening and a pump connected to the bag holder via a tube 26. The pump includes a seesaw 18 having a pair of pedals at both its ends, a piston rod 6 having a piston 7 at its intermediate portion and supported between support plates 3, 4 which are provided opposed to each other, and a cylinder 8 provided between the support plates 3, 4 and provided with the piston 7 sliding inside. In the pump, wires 21, 22 extending from both sides of the seesaw 18 are fixed to both the ends of the cylinder 8, so that the cylinder 8 can be reciprocated according to movements of the seesaw 18.
