The method involves capping an upper end of an element (1) from concrete. A jet arrangement (11) is provided which provides, under high pressure a rinsing water or a water air mixture, across a nozzle (12) being perpendicularly or easily angled to a longitudinal axis (21) of the element on the concrete. A pipe (5) is laterally provided under the concrete into the element, to which an erosion device (10) is introduced. The erosion device is rotary moved during demolition around its longitudinal axis (23).
