<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device capable of being implanted which can be coated for minimizing a biological living body reaction against the introduction of the medical device into a living body. <P>SOLUTION: This medical device can be coated with many biocompatible materials. Medicaments, medicines or blend substances for treatment can be mixed with such a material. These medicaments, medicines or blend substances for treatment can reduce the biological living body reaction against the introduction of the medical device into the living body, can promote healing including the formation of blood congelation, and can be utilized for treating a specific disease including brittle plague. When these drugs are delivered to the region of the disease section, there is a possibility that a liquid blend substance becomes desirable for raising the effect and the delivering property of the specific medicament.
