The invention relates to the ferrous metallurgy. A method for briquette producing from silicomanganese screening involves mixing of fine factional silicomanganese with polyvinyl acetate glue in the quantity of 1.5-3.0 wt. %, briquetting of formed mixture by the pressure of 50-60 MPa and drying of obtained briquettes. The invention allows to obtain briquettes with necessary consumer characteristics in service conditions of compression equipment, under the lower pressures.
