MOLDED ARTICLE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article and its manufacturing method for making stiffness of the molded article locally high and being superior in productivity.

SOLUTION: The molded article 1 comprises: a foamed layer 6 made by foaming and curing a foaming resin material 5 in a cavity part 4 between a surface layer 2 and a back face layer 3; and a reinforcing layer 8 which has a stiffness higher than the foamed layer 6 so as to be adjacent to each other, at the same time. Both sides 6a, 6b of the foamed layer 6 and both sides 8a, 8b of the reinforcing layer 8 are respectively tightly adhering to the surface layer 2 and the back face layer 3. The reinforcing layer 8 comprises an open cell 7 made by curing a foamed resin material 5 having passable and communicating bubbles 14 and the foamed resin material 5 intruded inside of the communicating bubbles 14 being cured inside of the communicated bubble 14.
