PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform backup of data for which erroneous operation is less likely without needing operation on the side of a backup auxiliary apparatus by connecting an information processor and the backup auxiliary apparatus to constitute a backup auxiliary system. SOLUTION: The information processor establishes connection with the backup auxiliary apparatus ("YES" of step "S4"), coincidence of a password is confirmed ("YES" of step "S10"), and a request of transmission of history information on data to be stored by the backup auxiliary apparatus (to which a number (j) is attached) is made (step "S11"). The information processor compares received history information (j) with history information on data stored by the information processor (to which a number (k) is attached), and when j≤k ("YES" of step "S4"), it judges that backup is necessary and sends an instruction to execute backup, and data to the backup auxiliary apparatus (step "S15" and "S16").
