PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for joining two sorts of members having mutually different qualities with a simple method and moveover with excellent joint strength. SOLUTION: In manufacturing a complex composed of crystal 21 and gold 22, the crystal 21 and the gold 22 are brought into contact with each other, and then both the crystal 21 and the gold 22 are irradiated with laser light 31 from the crystal 21 side, so that the surface temperature of the gold 22 is increased to a boiling point and more of the gold and abrasion is generated on a boundary between the gold 22 and the crystal 21 to join the gold 22 and the crystal 21 with each other.
