A holding device has a shoe with layout areas (11.1,11.2) on two opposite outer sides and a drilled hole, through which a stud is inserted that protrudes vertical to a slatted floor surface and has a clip element to grip under a head of the stud and to span a gap in a slatted floor. Inserted in this gap, the shoe presses with the outer sides on two layout surfaces.
