WATERPROOF FLOORCOATING STRUCTURE FOR PARKING LOT AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

A structure of waterproof flooring material in a parking lot and a constructing method thereof are provided to increase durability of the waterproof floor by preventing the third medium viscosity urethane layer from being worn, due to the high strength property of the incombustible urethane layer. A waterproof flooring material structure for a parking lot is composed of an epoxy-based primer layer(20) laminated on a floor(10); a first medium viscosity urethane layer(30) laminated on the epoxy-based primer layer; a second medium viscosity urethane layer(40) laminated on the first medium viscosity urethane layer; a silica sand layer(50) laminated on the second medium viscosity urethane layer; a third medium viscosity urethane layer(60) laminated on the silica sand layer; and a high strength and lower elasticity incombustible urethane layer(70) laminated on the third medium viscosity urethane layer to form an uneven surface by the silica sand layer. A silica sand(51) composed in the silica sand layer has 15~50 mesh particle size, and the hardness is over 6.5 mos hardness.
