A current limiting security circuit in an electric application is provided to prevent an erroneous operation of a micom by having an additional security circuit to limit driving of a load in connection with a power detecting unit and a load driving unit. In a current limiting security circuit in an electric application, more than two loads are provided. Load driving units are connected to the loads each other to drive each load. A first power detecting unit(30) is connected to first and second live lines(L1,L2) of input power to detect a potential difference between the first and second live lines(L1,L2). A second power detecting unit(30) is connected to the first live line(L1) and a third live line(L3) to detect a power type according to a detection result of a potential difference between the first and third live lines(L1,L3) and a detection result of the first power detecting unit(30). A micom(50) controls the load driving unit to drive the load within a range in which a corresponding allowable current does not exceed a standard value according to the power type sensed by the second power detecting unit(40). A current limiting unit(70) limits driving of some loads within the range in which the corresponding allowable current does not exceed the standard value by receiving the power type detected through the second power detecting unit(40) and a control signal outputted from the micom(50).
