PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device capable of realizing reduction of a circuit area and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit includes first-Nth circuit blocks CB1-CBN to be arranged along a D1 direction, where the first direction D1 is a direction from a first side being a short side of the integrated circuit toward a third side opposite thereto and a second direction D2 is a direction from a second side being a long side of the integrated circuit device toward a fourth side opposite thereto. One of circuit blocks of both ends of the circuit blocks CB1-CBN is a scanning driver block SB for driving scanning lines.
